This extraordinary super-luxury home boasts a uniquely fabricated standing seam metal roof, which was custom-made on-site to ensure a perfect fit. Equipped with a 6" half-round leaf guard and a sky product snow control system, this roof is not only visually stunning but also highly functional and practical.
We replaced cedar shingles with long-lasting Certainteed Landmark shingles.
We took on the challenging Project L'chaim, which involved working in a retirement care facility during Covid lockdowns. Despite limited access to the interior, we successfully completed the massive job and exceeded expectations.
The outstanding architecture of our homes is accentuated by a distinctive blend of metal panels including standing seam, 7/8 corrugated, and flat lock, resulting in a one-of-a-kind feature.
